Business development fund
The statutory rule of the Business fund is stated in the Licensing Act 12.14.1917 No.16 § 12 section 1:
"It is possible to set additional terms in the concession, inluding order to estqablish business develepment fund for the municipality, when it is necessary because of public interest or in attention to private interest which are effected"
